A more detailed inspection of the SMS   may

include absence or inaccuracy of the ISM Code Cenificaltion or dS3nable or many non-detainable deficiencies in other areas. Questions will be aske company safety and environmental protection policy, safety manual, designated person, drills and exercises, routine maintenance and records, and so on.

So masters an4 key persons on board should be able to answer those questions. If deficiencies are « ' * foundl^majo^ non-conformities, they have to be rectified before sailing.
